The third tropical depression of the season is likely to form in the gulf later today, with max wind speeds already at 35 mph. In order to be classified as a tropical depression it needs windspeeds of 38 mph, and then 40 mph, for a tropical storm, which is likely to also happen later on today. We will likely see it enter the CSRA as a post tropical cyclone, and give us around 1-4 inches of rainfall from Sunday into Monday.
