The developer of a proposed water park says he is considering several locations for his water park.

Benjamin Bell, who owns Lights of the South in Grovetown, Georgia tells WJBF News Channel 6 that he is considering all offers. He says Aiken County and McDuffie County, as well as the city of North Augusta, have all talked with him about the $20 million project.

Bell says he already has an idea of where he wants to build, but he would not tell us that location.

Despite earlier reports that Augusta Mayor Hardie Davis reached out to Bell, Davis says he has had no conversations with Bell.
