Police have been called to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Thursday in Ohio.
It appears Wright-Patterson has given the all-clear, though they are telling people to stay away from the medical center.
Traffic is slowly being allowed to pass through the area.
A Captain with the Dayton Police Department says he has been told there are no injuries reported as of now.
Several SWAT teams are on scene as of 2:37.
A worker at the hospital says there was an active shooter drill this afternoon, which concluded minutes before the situation began.
Montgomery County Coroner’s Office says they have NOT been called to the base as of 2 pm.
Base officials tell WDTN the base was on lockdown and employees were told to shelter in place.
WDTN has confirmed from a law enforcement source that a man barricaded himself on the fourth floor of the base hospital.
