At least 40 people are dead after gunmen opened fire on worshippers at 2 different Mosques in the city of Christchurch, New Zealand.
The shootings happened during Friday prayers, killing 49 and seriously injuring dozens.
It is not yet known if the same shooter was responsible for both attacks.
Three people are being held in Christchurch, including one who has been charged with murder, and police say two improvised explosive devises were found in a car.
The city of New York has added security, around area Mosques in light of the New Zealand shooting.
All flights in and out of Christchurch are currently cancelled.
Airport officials say there is not enough time to screen customers and their baggage since the Mosque shootings.
