TEDxAugusta 2018 coming to Miller Theater Feb. 3rd

News

The 4th TEDxAugusta will feature 18 speakers at the Miller Theater Saturday, Feb. 3rd. Organizer Grace Belangia discusses the purpose of TED talks, the imagination and creativity right here in the Garden City, and her business incubator, of which she’s a founding member, The Clubhou.se

The Clubhou.se is a non-profit dedicated to growing a culture of innovation and collaboration. Its mission is to inspire ideas, create companies, and build community. The Clubhou.se serves over 10,000 people in the greater Augusta area throughout our events and programs.

TED is a nonprofit organization devoted to ideas worth spreading, usually in the form of short, powerful talks delivered by today’s leading thinkers and doers at TED’s annual conference in Vancouver. TED speakers have included Bill Gates, Jane Goodall, and Sir Richard Branson.

And then there’s TEDxAugusta, coming up Feb. 3rd, which is an independently-organized event in the same spirit of “ideas worth spreading.”
