Suspicious death in Richmond County ruled a suicide

#Update | November 22, 2021 (WJBF) – Richmond County Coroner Mark Bowen ruled the suspicious death on Olive Road a suicide.

The name of the victim will no be released due to the nature of this death.

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office reports there was a suspicious death on the 1900 block of Olive Road in Augusta.

Deputies responded to the incident around 10:25 p.m. Friday night. 

The death is still being investigated by the Criminal Investigation Division (CID). 

The sheriff’s office reports there is no further information.
