Police have arrested Robert Alexander Smith, 26, of Graniteville, South Carolina.
Smith is charged with the following:
Three counts of attempted murder
Three counts of kidnapping
Possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime
Smith has been booked and held at North Augusta Public Safety and will be transported to the Aiken County Detention Center later on Wednesday

A person of interest is being detained after a shooting incident at Pine Crest Apartments in North Augusta.
No reports of injuries.
The SWAT Team is currently on the scene of a shooting incident at Pine Crest Apartments in North Augusta.
Dispatch confirms a shooter is still inside the building. Officers have evacuated Building 10 of the complex. No injuries have been reported.
They do not have an ID of a shooter but are trying to establish contact. Officers say there are bullets inside a door in Building 10. A perimeter is being established.
