50 unvaccinated kids blocked from school after chicken pox outbreak in Spartanburg Co.

South Carolina News

Spartanburg School District One says around 50 students will be prevented from going to school until they are vaccinated for chicken pox.

They say the students will be out for 21 days at Campobello-Gramling Elementary School after there was an outbreak of chicken pox.

The students can return to school immediately after receiving the vaccination.

All students are required to get the vaccination, unless they have an exemption, according to the school district.
