AIKEN, S.C. (WJBF) – A 2nd person has been arrested in the Murder of an Aiken man.
On September 19th, investigators charged 30-year-old Rahem Devoe with Accessory Before the Fact to Murder in the death of 34-year-old TyQuan Graham.
Graham was shot and killed n November 2020 at the Palmetto Crossing Apartments on Sandlapper Drive, in Aiken.
Devoe remains in custody.
Richard Lee Garvin, Jr. was also arrested in this case on July 26, 2023.
