Augusta, GA – The Turkey Trot is back!

Barney’s Pharmacy presents the Salvation Army/WJBF Turkey Trot, coming up Saturday, November 19th at the Kroc Center, 1833 Broad Street. Click here to register!

Ready, Super Heroes! Once again, we’re running to make a difference in the world. Grab your capes and amazingly heroic costumes, and let’s fight against hunger together! Prizes will be awarded for the best dressed runners, and local mascots are encouraged to join us for the mascot fun run.

Café on the Canal, located inside the Kroc Center, will be open for business before, during and after the Turkey Trot. Be sure to check out our breakfast buffet and unique and tasty lunch specials!

Health fair screenings and vendors, art & craft activities for children, bouncy houses and delicious food onsite!

Do I have to register online?  Yes, we do require registration online at Only day of race registration will be done in person with cash or check.

Can I register day of race? Yes- for $45 dollars. We cannot guarantee a t-shirt for same day registration. Please bring cash or check.

Can I get my race packet early?  Packet pick up will be available the day before the race on Friday, November 18th from 3:00pm- 7:00pm at the Fleet Feet location (229 Fury’s Ferry Road #107, Augusta, GA). Pick up will also be available day of race from 8am-9:30am.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else if I am unable to attend?  Contact the race event coordinator at 706.434.3182 or email regarding transferring registration. We will do the best to accommodate by a case-by-case basis.

Will I get a refund if it rains on race day?  Turkey Trot will happen rain or shine.

What if I do not finish before the course closes?  We begin picking up racers at 11:30am to ensure the safety of all our racers. All racers must be off the course by 12:00pm.

Am I allowed to run with my stroller on the Family Fun Run?  Yes, strollers are allowed on the Family Fun Run one-mile course.

Parking: Free parking will be available at the Kroc Center.

Is there anything else I should know? Unregistered racers, racers with dogs, stroller, bicycles, rollerblades, and motorized wheelchairs are not allowed and will be asked to leave the 5k & 10k course.
