Newberry Street fountain turns teal for National Ovarian Cancer Awareness month


AIKEN, S.C. (WJBF) – Aiken is raising awareness about a deadly disease by turning a fountain teal.

In 2014, President Barack Obama designated September as National Ovarian Cancer Awareness month.

With September upon us, AECOM and Gail’s Anatomy turned a fountain, on Newberry St., teal to celebrate survivors and educate the community.
