Selected applicants for the NROTC Scholarship Program are awarded scholarships that include full tuition, books stipend, educational fees and other financial benefits at many of the country’s leading colleges and universities. Upon graduation applicants receive commission as officers in either the Navy or United States Marine Corps. 

The NROTC Program was established to develop recipients mentally, morally and physically and to imbue them with the highest ideals of duty, and loyalty, and with the core values of honor, courage and commitment.
