Two people die from mosquito-borne viruses in Georgia

Two people have died from mosquito-borne viruses in Georgia.

The Department of Public Health says one death has been attributed to the West Nile Virus. 

Another death comes from a rare case of Eastern Equine Encephalitis. 

There are six other human cases of West Nile in Georgia. 

The agency isn’t saying where they were reported.
