SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA/WJBF) - An Aiken County pastor remains in jail, after being arrested in Spartanburg County.
Lorenzo Washington is accused of assaulting a student at Dorman high school.
He was granted $20-thousand dollar bond Saturday morning, but at last check he was still in jail.
According to the website of Mount Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Aiken, Washington is their senior pastor.
Police say the victim reported that Washington, who is a booster club member, assaulted her in a concession stand on campus during an athletic event.
Washington faces charges of criminal sexual conduct with minor.

The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office Special Victim's Unit arrested a South Carolina pastor Friday afternoon who has been accused of commiting two child sex crimes.
Lorenzo Renard Washington, 47, of Lexington, S.C., was arrested after a Dorman High School student reported that a member of the booster club assaulted her on January 22 in a concession stand on the school's campus during an after hours event, according to the sheriff's office.
The girl told school officials what happened and the officials immediately notified law enforcement, the sheriff's office said. Washington was told that he could not attend any more school events while the investigation was being conducted.
The victim gave investigators a detailed statement about what had happened.
Investigators approached Washington on Monday, but he denied the allegations, according to the sheriff's office. Later in the week, Washington made another appointment with the investigators, but he then canceled the interview. Washington is listed as Senior Pastor on the Mt. Hill Missionary Baptist Church website. He used to be a pastor of churches in Gramling and Newberry County.
Investigators met with the magistrate, who approved warrants for third degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and second degree attempted criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
Washington was arrested Friday in Greenville County, according to the sheriff's office. During another interview with the investigators, Washtington continued to deny the allegations.
He was taken to the Spartanburg County Detention Center. His charges are listed on the detention center's website as third degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor 14-16 years of age and second degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 16 years of age.
Spartanburg School District Six Chief Communications Officer Cynthia Robinson sent 7News the following statement:
A Dorman student recently shared with administration that she was assaulted prior to a school athletic event. We immediately contacted law enforcement and trespassed the suspect, Lorezo Washington, from all District Six property. Washington was a member of the Booster Club for three years. District Six will continue to cooperate with this law enforcement investigation.
