Man accused of child sex crime in Anderson

An Anderson man was arrested Tuesday on two charges of criminal sexual conduct with a minor 3rd degree, according to the SC Attorney General’s Office.

William Jolly, 26 of Anderson, is accused of committing lewd and lascivious acts with a minor under the age of 16 in Anderson and Berkley counties on multiple occasions from 2015 – 2017, according to the press release.

His bond is set at $40,000 and was ordered to have no contact with the victim or other minors.

He will also be required to wear a GPS monitor.

SLED is still investigating.
