AUGUSTA (WJBF) – On Tuesday, March 28th,at 3:07 am, the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office responded to Richmond Summit Apartments on Broad Street in reference to a gun shot in the area.
Upon arrival, Deputies located a deceased teenager who had been shot at least one time.
He has been identified as 13-year-old Buddy Brown.
No word on any suspects.
There is a makeshift memorial where people are putting down flowers in his remembrance.
