AUGUSTA (WJBF) – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division is currently investigating an incident at the Charles B. Webster Detention.
A male inmate was reportedly stabbed at least one time.
He was taken to the hospital for treatment of his injuries.
The investigation is in its early stages and no further information is available.
