Georgia authorities are searching for two inmates who escaped custody by climbing down a drain pipe in front of a county sheriff’s office.

The Columbus Ledger-Enquirer reports Troup County Jail officials noticed 28-year-olds Thomas Christopher Cuddington and Eric Calvin Bell missing Thursday morning.

Surveillance camera footage shows the two men shimmying down the pipe Wednesday night and sprinting down a nearby road.

It’s unclear what charges the men were jailed on or how long they were in custody.
