BARNWELL COUNTY, S.C. (WJBF) – Agents with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged 34-year-old Simone Montrell Stephens with Exploitation of a vulnerable adult.
Authorities say Stephens used the victim’s money to pay her own bills.
SLED says the suspect is booked in the Barnwell County Detention Center.
