Arrest Made After Guns, Drugs, and Money Found in North Augusta

The North Augusta Department of Public Safety arrested a man on several drug charges.

Terrence Thurmon was driving in North Augusta when police clocked him speeding and pulled him over. 

Once Thurmon stepped out of the car NADPS K-9, Lucia, recognized the smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle.

Police searched the van and found weed, cocaine, crack, cell phones, and over $12,000 in cash. 

Thurmond has been booked into the Aiken County Detention Center.
