Aiken Murder Suspect Arrested in North Carolina

An Aiken man wanted for murder and attempted murder was arrested during a traffic stop in Lumberton, North Carolina.

According to the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office, Arnold Patrick Reeves and a family member were stopped by police on Interstate 95 in Robeson County.

He was taken to the Robeson County Jail where he will be held pending the extradition process.

On April 24th, Reeves allegedly shot and killed a man with a shotgun and shot another woman in the hand on Valley Drive in Aiken.
