AUGUSTA (WJBF) – Georgia Department of Transportation reports a car crashed and fell into the Augusta Canal on the bridges Sunday.
The vehicle left the inside lane of I-20 Eastbound.
Traffic was not impacted.
Superior Construction placed barrels at the site.
There is no word on injuries, but the vehicle has been safely removed from the Augusta Canal.
