Are you over the age of 55 and looking for a gig? You may want to head to the Golden Arches.

McDonald’s has partnered with AARP in an effort to hire older employees for everything from morning shifts to management roles.

The fast food chain is hoping to fill 250,000 jobs across the U.S. this summer.

The group’s job board features a list of postings from employers who are comitted to an age-diverse workforce.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the 55 and older population is the fastest-growing segment of the workforce.

By 2024, it’s estimated that older Americans will make up 24.8 percent of the civilian workforce.
