Augusta Commissioners set to meet for another budget workshop

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – Augusta Commissioners are set to meet Friday, Oct.27 for another budget workshop.

The city administrator is recommending an increase in worker premiums and co-pays.

She’s also recommending worker raises.

The city would save 400,000 dollars under these recommendations.

Commissioners are expected to vote on the proposal on November 21st.
