The 9th Annual Pride Festival gets underway with the huge, popular dance party, Beats on Broad,   at the Augusta Common. It’s from 6pm – midnight.
Saturday events start with the Pride Parade down Broad Street. This year’s Grand Marshals are Jennifer and Sean Rhaner, leaders of the Shepard Project… and the late Rowan Feldhaus, who was an influential transgender rights advocate.
