Former Georgia democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams is being investigated.
The State Ethics Commission plans to subpoena bank records from her 2018 campaign, and groups that raised money to help her.
Abrams’ nonprofit could also face Internal Revenue Service tax violations.
Her campaign managed to raise more than 27 million dollars during her run for Governor of Georgia.
The details of any of the complaints against Abrams or the mayoral candidates has not been released.
The Ethics Commission will have its first meeting next week.
