AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – Richmond County deputies and the Savannah Riverkeepers are on the scene of a paint spill on Deans Bridge Rd. that is headed towards the landfill.
The truck was allegedly an Orion Waste Solutions truck. The paint trail starts near Deans Bridge Rd. and Barton Chapel Westbound.
According to an Orion representative, the “paint” is actually an iron substance used to dye concrete and is not harmful.
