Local county Sheriff’s Office’s will participate in National Drug Take Back Day, Saturday, April 27.
It’s a safe, secure way for people to discard unused and expired prescriptions.
People can drop off their medications with no questions asked.
Liquids, needles and sharps are not accepted.
You may drop off your pills or patches to the following locations from 10:00AM to 2:00PM.:
Richmond County: CVS at 1520 Walton Way, Augusta, GA
Richmond County – CVS at 2902 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta, GA.
McDuffie County- The Sheriff’s Office on 751 Public Safety Drive, Thomson, GA.
Columbia County- Kroger on 435 Lewiston Road in Grovetown, GA .
Burke County- The Sheriff’s Office on 225 GA-24 in Waynesboro, GA
Aiken County- Parks Pharmacy on 437 Georgia Avenue in North Augusta, SC.
Aiken County -The Sheriff’s Office, 251 Laurens Street in Aiken, SC.
