BEECH ISLAND, S.C. – Multiple fire crews have responded to a Beech Island home for a structure fire.
According to authorities the blaze broke out 8:40 Thursday morning at 112 Elma Lane in Beech Island and the home is fully engulfed.
There are reports a dog and three cats inside the home. They have not yet been located.
Authorities say a box fan started the fire and lasted about 15 minutes.
The investigation is ongoing.
