AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WJBF) – Homes and businesses within a certain area of Aiken County are without internet access.
Xfinity says most customers in North Augusta and south of I-20 are affected.
Maintenance techs are aware and are working to restore services, officials said.
We’re told they have set an estimated restoration time of 7:48 a.m., Monday, March 18. As of 10:53 a.m., service has not be restored. “There appears to be an issue with the node providing service to your area,” employees said.
Restoration is expected by 11:39 a.m.
Meanwhile, a node is a point at which lines or pathways intersect or branch.
