UPDATE: Investigators have arrested a third and final suspect in a Grovetown home invasion.
17-year-old Joseph M. Vaughner of Louisville was taken into custody on Monday.
He’s charged with Aggravated Assault, Home Invasion 1st Degree and Armed Robbery.
He’s being transported to the Columbia County Detention Center.
The incident happened Saturday on Parkridge Drive in Grovetown. A 19-year-old man was shot in the stomach. Home security footage showed two black men entering the home through the back door armed with hand guns.
During the break-in, the two men reportedly shot the 19-year-old before fleeing the scene. Someone driving a dark blue four door sedan was waiting on them outside. They got into the car and left at a high speed.
A 15-year-old was taken into custody shortly after.
Sunday night, 17-year-old Tavarsea Daequan Steed was taken into custody during a traffic stop.
Officials say the investigation is ongoing.

Officials in Grovetown responded to a call for a man who was shot on Parkridge Drive in Grovetown.

The break in resulted in a dispute between the 19-year-old man in the home and the two men that broke in, which caused the gunshot wound.
The two thieves fled the scene after the shooting. Someone driving a dark blue four door sedan was waiting on them outside. They got into the car and left at a high speed.
The 19-year-old was then taken to the hospital.
