AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – There’s a a little New Years Eve hangover for one Augusta park.
Because of its size and open spaces, many revelers head to Eisenhower Park to shoot off fireworks.
However those celebrating leave behind a lot of firework debris that litters parking areas.
Augusta Parks officials say it is not a widespread problem adding the debris is cleaned up as part of regular maintenance.
