NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WJBF) A civil rights lawsuit filed against the leaders of North Augusta has been dismissed.

Michael Allen Jackson sat in jail for nearly two years, charged with a crime that he didn’t commit.

In 2018, a shooting killed 19-year-old Daquan Bostic in North Augusta and Johnson was arrested.
