An area of low pressure will swing across coastal Georgia and South
Carolina spreading rain into the CSRA. The bulk of the rain will begin
around noon and continue through the afternoon, evening, and overnight
stretch. Temperatures will struggle to make it into the lower 40s Thursday. Lingering rain will continue through the first half of Friday. Lows will be in the 30s with highs in the upper 40s. 1-2" of rain possible through Friday.
Sunshine and much warmer weather is on tap for the weekend. Highs will climb back into the lower 70s. The nice weather will continue into next week.
