Back To School Sales Tax Holidays Will Save Parents Money This Weekend

There are just a few more days before CSRA students head back to class, and both Georgia and South Carolina are offering parents a sales tax holiday for supplies.
Georgia's holiday starts at 12:01 a.m. on Friday and lasts through midnight on Saturday. South Carolina's will take place the entire weekend, from 12:01 a.m. on Friday through midnight on Sunday night.
Among the exempt items in both states: clothing and shoes, computers, and accessories along with traditional school supplies.
