Posted: Updated:
GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. -

Five people have been charged with arson in connection with the Greenville County 'The Castle' fire that took place in May.

Investigators arrested Dakota James Lampinen, Cole Andrew Holombo and Darrien Milo-Troy Kinnunen, along with two juveniles.  All five suspects are charged with arson and burglary.  The juveniles are also facing arson charges for another fire.

The first fire happened on May 3 in a vacant home at 141 Beechwood Drive in Greer.

The second, 'The Castle' fire, took place a day later at a well-known structure at 3705 Locust Hill Road in Taylors.

'The Castle' was built in 1985 and it's had numerous owners since then.  Realtor Ron Mason told us it's been vacant two years, before foreclosure several months ago. He said he had just worked out a contract with a new buyer.
