Overnight Shooting Injures Two in South Augusta

South Augusta, GA - Richmond County Sheriff's Office investigators are piecing together the details that led to an overnight shooting in south Augusta. The incident occurred on the 3800 block of Clanton Road.

Two 19-year-old victims sustained gunshot wounds and were transported to Georgia Regents Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

Investigators tell WJBF News Channel 6 that details on the suspected shooter are limited. They are looking for an unidentified black male driving a dark-colored vehicle. The suspect was seen driving away from the crime scene on Tobacco Road.
