Grovetown, GA -

The woman says she gave him some money, and her friend did so, as well. The woman said the man seemed very grateful and asked them to write down their names and addresses so that he could make sure to get the money back to them. The woman said they did so and prepared to leave.
The woman said, before they left, the man asked for one more thing: he asked if he could kiss the woman's feet. He reportedly told her it might bring her good luck. He told reportedly told the woman that he had kissed his wife's feet and she had won $1,000 right after that.
The woman stated, at that point, she felt very uncomfortable and closed her car door and drove away.
She said she looked up Joey Leaphart on the Crime Stoppers web site and recognized him as the same man who had kissed women's feet in a Wal-Mart store in the past.
