Augusta, GA - Disney's "Frozen" is still in the money making business.  According to Variety, the film has become the 5th highest grossing movie of all time. This past weekend "Frozen" earned a total of more than $1.2 billion, surpassing "Iron Man 3." It still stands as the 2nd highest earning Disney film and the highest grossing animated film ever. Also, a character from "Frozen" will be making an appearance on the hit ABC drama "Once Upon A Time". You can catch the new season of "Once Upon A Time" this fall on WJBF News Channel 6.

The late Grammy Award Winner Whitney Houston will have her story on a made for television film. The film "WHITNEY HOUSTON" will chronicle her life and her relationship with singer Bobby Brown. The movie is expected to premiere on Lifetime in 2015. Golden Globe Award Winner and Oscar nominee Angela Bassett will make her debut as a director with this TV movie.

Legendary author and poet Maya Angelou has died. Not only is she known for her poetry, she is one of the first African American women who was able to publicly discuss her personal life.

Dr. Angelou is known for her literary work, but not only was she a writer, she was also an actress, composer, educator, professional dancer, and civil rights activist.
  Dr. Angelou is known for her poem “Still I Rise” and for her famous book “I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings.” According to CNN, Dr. Angelou served on 2 presidential committees and was awarded the presidential medial for the arts in 2000 and the Lincoln Medal in 2008.
