Four People Arrested In Connection To Diamond Lakes Burglaries, Thefts

Mugshots of suspects arrested in connection to theft, burglary at Diamond Lakes Regional Park's maintenance facility
Augusta, GA -
A Richmond County Sheriff's Office spokesperson tell us, deputies responded Tuesday morning to The Diamond Lakes Recreational Department maintenance facility in reference to a burglary and theft. Upon deputies's arrival, it was found that suspects stole a 2001 Ford F-150 pickup truck (Marked with Augusta-Richmond County decals), a utility trailer which was then used to reportedly take a 2013 Cushman’s utility golf cart, all belonging to Augusta-Richmond County.
The investigation led deputies and investigators to 1349 B Hephzibah-McBean Road. Upon arrival, several people were located in the rear of this residence, with all three pieces of stolen equipment.
The following suspects were arrested in connection with the burglary and theft at Diamond Lakes on Tuesday:
Joshua Raines, 23, of 2368 Cougar Drive, is charged with 1 count of Burglary, and 1 count of Felony Theft by Taking.
Terry Alan Bellew, 44, of 1349 B Hephzibah-McBean Road, is charged with 2 counts of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.
Anthony Stephen Farrow, 45, of 2417 Willis Foreman Road, is charged with 1 count of Burglary, and 1 count of Felony Theft by Taking.
During the course of this investigation, information obtained showed that one of the listed suspects was involved in a similar theft at the same Diamond Lakes Facility on May 3rd, at which time tools and a Cushman Truckster 5-speed utility golf cart was stolen. While this incident is being investigated, the below listed suspect was arrested in connection with receiving this stolen piece of property belonging to Augusta-Richmond County:
Jimmy David Miller, 28, of Nellie Drive, is charged with 1 count of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.
