Fort Gordon, GA -
It's been more than 3 decades since we saw something like this at Fort Gordon.
Monday morning, members of the 112th Signal Battalion jumped onto Fort Gordon's Barton Field. It was a sight to behold! The 112th signal battalion has served missions in both Afghanistan and Iraq.
Signal Center of Excellence Command Sergeant Major Ronald Pflieger took part in the morning jump.
"Don't let anybody ever discourage you from doing anything. We send people to airborne school, we're investing in their future and eventually down the road, they'll pay that back. That's what we're looking for, that turn around dividend."
Congratulations to Sergeant Major Fleeger on completing his 220th jump!
