ST. PETERSBURG, FL (WFLA) -

The Tampa Bay Rays is expecting a full house at its season opener against the Toronto Blue Jays at Tropicana Field on Monday.

This will mark the ninth consecutive year the Rays have sold out its home opener.

Tickets still are available for the three remaining games in the series with the Blue Jays and the following three-game series versus the Texas Rangers.

The Rays has scheduled several giveaways for April 4 to 6.

A special-edition Rays wall banner will be available at the game on Friday, April 4, as part of the first Tampa Bay Times Ticket Tandem giveaway. Ticket tandems include a ticket to the game and an exclusive promotional item, which can only be claimed through that offer.

On Saturday, April 5, the first 20,000 fans will receive free Wil Myers Rookie of the Year commemorative bobbleheads.

The following day, children 14 and younger will receive a Desmond Jennings Baseball Buddy. They also will be allowed to run the bases and are invited to join the DJ Kitty Kids Party in the outfield after Sunday’s game.

Single-game tickets for Rays’ 2014 regular-season home games are available at raysbaseball.com, all Ticketmaster outlets, the Rays’ store at 400 N. Tampa St. in Tampa, and the Gate 1 box office at Tropicana Field.
