POLK COUNTY, FL (WFLA) - A Lakeland woman at the center of a bra-shaking police investigation last year has been arrested again.

The Polk County Sheriff's office has charged 29-year-old Zoe Brugger with retail theft of more than $300 and dealing in stolen property.

Brugger was arrested last week in connection to the theft from a Mulberry Walmart on March 3rd with her friend Angela Clark and boyfriend, Timothy Schneider. Investigators say they attempted to return the stolen electronics worth about $359 on March 19th in exchange for Walmart gift cards, and were arrested.

Brugger was stopped by a police officer in Lakeland in May 2013 due to a broken headlight. However, the video of the incident went viral when the officer asked her to "pull her shirt up, pull her bra out from her breasts, and to shake," suspecting she may have drugs on her. No drugs were found.

The officer involved, Officer Dustin Fetz, was suspended for one day.
