1 charged with running meth lab at North Raleigh home

RALEIGH, N.C. -
Police charged one man with manufacturing meth after receiving a tip from the home's owner that he may be operating a lab.
Jackson David Rudder, 26, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine precursor, and maintaining a dwelling to sell/deliver methamphetamine.
Rudder was arrested Saturday after Raleigh Police served a search warrant at a home on Laketree Drive.
The investigation was triggered when police say the person who owns the North Raleigh home came to them with items that officers determined may have been pieces of a meth lab.
