Augusta, GA - A Colorado couple opening a club where people can smoke marijuana legally.
Believed to be the first of its kind in the country.
After a 14 month legal journey....and law makers adding marijuana to the Colorado Clean Air Indoor Act...things really began to flow.
They have to follow the same guidelines a private club would, can only have a certain number of employees and food sales can only reach a certain amount.
Also customers will have to sign a code of conduct before coming in.
At 8200 FEET, the cannabis club will be the highest place in America.

Colorado is set to release its first report on taxes collected from legal recreational marijuana sales.
Some dispensaries are making more than a Million Dollars a month and most banking institutions will not accept their money.
So security is a big issue.....there have been about 150 reported burglaries of licensed marijuana facilities in the past year.
Many have security systems, guard dogs and even safes to keep all that cash safe.

The Rattlesnake Roundup began more than 50 years ago as a way to control the
snake population in Sweetwater, Texas.
About 50-thousand people from around the world usually show up for the event.
In addition to the rattlesnakes, the weekend includes the Miss Snake Charmer
scholarship pageant, snake handling demonstrations, a parade and a coin, along with a gun and knife show.

The 6-foot long snake's name is killer.
9-year old boa constrictor just underwent surgery after eating a towel.
The Doctor said, the entire length of the snake was filled with the towel.
After two weeks of rest and recovery, he'll be back to normal in his rat-eating ways.
