Time for what's trending at 5:30.

 Beyonce has knocked Kim Kardashian from the top spot.
  She was the most searched person on Microsoft's Bing this year.
 Kardashian came in second, followed by Rihanna, Taylor Swift, and Madonna.
 Justin Beiber and President Obama are the only males to make the top ten.
  Also on the list -- Nicki Minaj, Amanda Bynes and Miley Cyrus.

   "Amazon" is experimenting with drones.. that could deliver packages directly to your doorstep someday in -30- minutes.
   The "Octocopter" needs more safety testing.. and approvals from the f-a-a.. but amazon's "prime air" could be hovering at a doorway near you in as soon as -four- years.

A 76-year old man set off on a potentially record-breaking voyage today.
   Stanley Paris set sail from St. Augustine, Florida in an attempt to break two records.
  He hopes to become the oldest and fastest person to sail around the world, non-stop, and alone.
 The trip was delayed a couple days because of weather.
 He expects to be back in St. Augustine in about 130 days.

There's a new teaching concept, where kids 'choose' where they  want to go for their classroom.
It's called un-schooling -- children lead the way, with no curriculum or tests and adults watch as kids decide what they want to learn and when.
  Some educators say colleges are starting to realize that students learn by what will be on the test and what they will be graded on.
 Opponents say kids my not get the range of skills traditional schooling teaches.
