If you can't get through your day without caffeine listen up: too much is called caffeine poisoning.
Symptoms include breathing trouble, convulsions, fever and dizziness. In extreme cases, it can cause death.
These symptoms can happen if you take in more than 600 milligrams a day.
The recommended daily dosage is 200-300 milligrams, which is about 4 eight ounce cups of brewed coffee.
