Investigators: Richmond County Copper Theft Suspect Used 7-Year-Old Daughter As "Lookout"

Richmond County Sheriff's Office deputies are searching for a burglary suspect they say used his 7-year-old daughter as a "lookout" while he stole copper wire.

The incident occurred at a home on the 2300 block of Laurel Drive.

Ronald Miller has active felony arrest warrants for Burglary (1st Degree) and Cruelty to Children (3rd Degree).
