Thousands of pills stolen from Cumberland Co. pharmacy

The Cumberland County Sheriff's Office is searching for two suspects wanted in connection with stealing thousands of pills from a local pharmacy.

The robbery took place on Sunday, Sept. 22 at a pharmacy on Highway 24. Surveillance video shows two suspects breaking into the pharmacy through the drive-thru window. 

One of the suspects was seen rifling through medications and stuffing them in a back pack.

Both suspects were dressed in black at the time of the crime. One is believed to be a white male and the other is undistinguishable. 

Authorities are concerned about the pills possibly being sold on the street because of how toxic they are.  Some of the drugs that were taken include Oxmymorphone, Hydrocodone and Opana. These drugs are dangerous is taken without the supervision of a physician.
