Man wanted in LaGrange for gang participation

LaGRANGE, Ga. - LaGrange police have released an archived mug shot of a man wanted for multiple felonies and participation in a criminal street gang.

Christian McFarland, 23, is wanted for robbery, theft, battery and participation in a criminal street gang. He is described as a black male, 23 year-old, five feet eleven inches tall with black hair and brown eyes.

If anyone knows of McFarland's whereabouts, they are asked to call investigators at 706-883-2603.

Earlier this weekend, LaGrange police announced the arrest of seven suspects all for participation in a criminal street gang.

    An Amber Alert has been canceled after 2-year old Maliah Harris was found safe in Georgia. Her 7-month-old sibling, Alyssa, was found dead and Maliah disappeared from a Mississippi home which prompted authorities to issue the alert. The girls parents, Donald Boyd Harris,34, and Allison Studdard, 31, are now in custody.
